An influencer and content producer named Nikita Dragun was detained this week in a Miami jail’s men’s section after being arrested, according to court documents.

Dragun, a transgender woman, produces content for Instagram and YouTube (where her videos have received well over 250 million views) (where she has 9 million followers). In her films, she covers her lifestyle and beauty tips as well as her candid discussion of gender identification. She also started Dragun Beauty, a cosmetics business.Due to an altercation this week, Dragun was detained in a men’s section of the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami. According to court documents, she is accused of felony violence against a law enforcement officer and misdemeanour disorderly conduct. She was detained for at least a day before being released on her own recognisance, which means she wasn’t required to post bondAccording to Local 10 News, Dragun was detained after reportedly causing a disturbance and loitering about the pool at The Goodtime Hotel naked. Dragun reportedly poured water at hotel security staff when they ordered her to stop. Security personnel once more warned her to stop bothering hotel guests or she would have to leave after calling the police, who then showed up at her room.
